 Hi All,

A very busy week and another is heading my way!

Lots of quilting got done and lots of errands and gatherings next week:)

This is my wool table runner that was a free design from Kathy Schmitz. She did hers in a cream colored wool.

This is Jan's guild BOM quilt.

I got to play:) Lots of ruler and free motion quilting.

Love love the batiks she used!

I don't remember when I made this Hexi quilt but I bet it was more then 5 years ago. All hand pieced and now hand quilted:)

Love the grunge border!
The only things the machine touched were the mitered corners and the binding that I then hand stitched down.

Leftover fabrics for backing...it was also ready to go:)

Dolly's niece asked for a quilt from her and she made this beautiful blue and yellow one. Sure was a sunny quilt to work on!

Lots of free motion and some ruler work.

Perfect backing fabric... and it was all in her stash:)

Mary G had mailed me a bunch of runners to quilt a few months ago. I pinned all the backings together so I could just roll and go:) They are all still pinned together in this pic.

Here are all the backings together.

First is the shamrock one.

Lots and lots of cross hatching on this one!

Next is snowflakes. Free motion and ruler work.

Love how it turned out.

Next is tulips. Yup more free motion and ruler work.

Sweet runner!

And then there was the modern fall runner.

I played in all the sections with free motion.

There were also 2 wall-hangings to go with the runners. First is tulips.

More ruler and free motion.

And then the Irish.

Yes more free motion and ruler work.

So as I close down the business I want to thank you for reading my story and also being my clients:)
I am going to try and post more on Instagram if you want to follow me. My name is louster388.
Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year!
Stay safe and healthy!
